Through our website www.haaltheorie.nl (the "Website") we offer practice exams, video courses and other digital learning materials. When you use our Website and services, we process personal data. We take your privacy seriously and handle this data with care. In this Privacy Statement we explain how we handle your personal data and what rights you have.

What personal data do we process and why?
1. Website visits When you visit our Website, we automatically collect certain data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and time of visit. We do this to make our Website work properly and to optimise it. We keep this data for a maximum of 12 months. For more information about our use of cookies, see our cookie policy. 2. Orders When you purchase a product through our Website (such as access to the full course), we use your email address to give you access to the service. This data is necessary for the performance of the agreement. We keep this for a maximum of 12 months after your purchase. 3. Marketing (with consent) We may use tracking pixels and cookies from platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Google Ads, Google Analytics) to show you personalised ads and measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. We only process this data with your consent. 4. Suppliers If you provide services to HaalTheorie (such as video production), we process your contact details and payment information for the performance of the agreement. We keep this data for a maximum of 12 months. 5. Job applications Applying for a job with us? Then we process your contact details, motivation and CV solely to assess your application. We delete this data no later than 4 weeks after the procedure ends, unless you give consent to keep it for one additional year. 6. Direct marketing Have you bought something from us? Then we may inform you by email about similar products. You can always unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link in the email. When you unsubscribe, we delete your data for this purpose. 7. Google Ads conversion measurement When you reach us through a Google ad and subsequently make a purchase, we share aggregated purchase data (such as the purchase amount, order ID, click identifier such as GCLID and your email address) with Google Ads for conversion measurement and ad optimisation. Google uses this data solely to measure which ads are effective. You can object to this processing via wegenwacht@haaltheorie.nl. 8. Contact Do you contact us by email or through the contact form? Then we use your data solely to answer your question. We keep this data for as long as necessary to handle it.

Processors: Think of hosting providers, email software or cloud storage.
Payment providers: Shopify Payments, to handle your payment.
Government authorities: Only when legally required or by court order.
Service providers outside the EEA: In case of transfer to countries outside the EU, we ensure appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
Advertising platforms: Google (Google Ads) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns, only with your consent.
